SWIMMING POOLS AND OUTDOOR SPA JACUZZIS

The swimming pools and outdoor spa jacuzzis are for exclusive use by “Hotel Kalisperis” guests. You are kindly requested to abide by the following rules and regulations, which have been established for the safety and benefit of all users.

By using the Pools areas and the Spa, all persons agree to obey the following instructions:

• Operating hours for communal pools are from 10:00 until sunset time!
• Outdoor private spa-jacuzzis are heated
• Adults use the Swimming Pools areas and private Spa at their own risk.
• Children below 14 years old may use the Pools areas and private Spa only with the consent and under supervisor of their adult guardian. If the children do not have the swimming ability, they must be accompanied by an adult supervisorin swim wear, at all times. Don’t depend on others to supervise children under your care.
• Diving,running and jumping is not permitted in and around the pools areas.
• Absolutely no glass is allowed in the pools areas.
• Persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any intoxicated substances are not allowed to use the pools and spa.
• Pushing, wresting, ball playing, dunking, shouting, screaming, splashing or causing undue disturbance in and about the pools and spa is not permitted.
• Kindly keep all your valuables. We cannot be held liable for loss of any valuables or other personal property left at the swimming pools premises. Any items lost or found should be immediately reported to us.
• For hygiene reasons, all persons are requested to take a shower, before using Swimming Pools facility and spa. Persons suffering from any disease are not permitted to use the Swimming Pools and spa.
• Guests swim at their own risk and sole responsibility.“Hotel Kalisperis” and their staff will not be responsible for any injuries or accidents, while using the hotels facilities.

A/C

Each room has its own air conditioner which can be used to cool or heat the rooms. When using the air conditioning please make sure that all the balcony doors and windows are properly closed. Magnetic sensors are connected to the a/c units to prevent cool air from escaping.

Please note that the ideal temperature for your health is 22 degrees of Celcius.

HOW TO OPERATE THE AIRCONDITION

1. Press the 'Start/Stop' button to turn on/off the device.

2. Press the 'Mode' button to select the function you would like.

3. Press the 'Fan' button to select the speed of the fan.

4. Adjust the temperature using the 'Set Temp' button. To increase the room temperature, use the upper arrow button. To decrease the room temperature, use the lower arrow button.

SAFE BOX - SETTING THE USER CODE

With the door open press the reset button once and start setting your code when the yellow light goes on. Put in new code (3-8 digits) and press A button to confirm with 2 buzzer beeps when indicating the acceptance and storage of the new code. If the yellow light flashes with 3 buzzer beeps, which means the code changing is not effective, you need to try again. CLOSING THE DOOR Turn the knob (master key) counter clockwise to close the door. OPENING THE DOOR Put in your user’s code (3 to 8 digits). Each pressing results in one buzzer beep and a yellow light flash. Press A (C / # ) or B ( E / * ) button and the green light will be on. Rotate the knob (master key) clockwise and pull outwards within 5 seconds. The door opens.

To operate safe

1) Press “red” button behind safe door. A “yellow” light will come on indicating you can now reset your new code.

2) Input your new code and press “A or B” (2 times) the safe will beep if the code has been accepted. However if the “yellow” light and the buzzer beeps 3 times the code is invalid and you will need to start again.

3) Once your safe has been re-coded close the safe door and turn the knob “anti-clockwise”.

4) To open your safe: input your code followed by the “A or B” button and turn the knob”clockwise”.

Housekeeping is provided on a daily basis between 9:00 - 14:00. The actual service time will vary, according to our daily plan. Please contact our front desk if you wish your room to be cleaned in priority.

Linen is changed every second day.

Used towels that are placed on the floor are changed daily.

Guests are kindly requested NOT tο use the white bathroom towels οn the beach or at the swimming pool area.

You can use the special-dedicated towels that are available either at the pool area or at the reception.

We have to inform you that in case they are lost or damaged, there will be an extra cost of 15€.
